Tasks
- Collaborate on IT upgrades software deployments and network expansions
- Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues
- Document solutions and update knowledge base
- Ensure security measures compliance
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and software
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks
- Provide frontline IT support
- Respond to technical issues via phone email and ticketing
- Troubleshoot Wi Fi and VPN connectivity
- Troubleshoot network printer issues
