Tasks
- Administer Citrix ADC for SSL VPN and BYOD access
- Design secure web and remote access infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with information security policies
- Implement corrective and preventative controls
- Improve reliability security posture and performance
- Maintain technical documentation in Confluence
- Monitor service observability and automate operations
- Operate and maintain Zscaler Internet Access platform
- Recommend upgrades for emerging threats
- Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Support Zscaler Private Access adoption
