Head of Identity & Access Management (IAM) Governance, Risk & Operations
Tasks
- Build IAM organization and lead stakeholder engagement
- Define and implement IAM governance framework
- Define identity frameworks for agentic AI
- Define risk models for autonomous delegated access
- Develop identity risk KPIs and KRIs
- Ensure operational scalability for identity volumes
- Ensure regulatory compliance for AI governance and identity accountability
- Establish identity policies and standards
- Implement adaptive risk based access controls
- Implement policy guardrails for autonomous decision systems
- Integrate IAM with data governance controls
- Issue scoped identities and permissions for AI agents
- Lead IAM governance forums
- Lead audit readiness for IAM and AI identity controls
- Manage access certifications and continuous attestation
- Manage identity lifecycle for delegation and revocation
- Operate Privileged Access Management
- Oversee IAM operations for JML lifecycle
- Own IAM risk identification for human and non human identities
- Prevent privilege escalation by AI agents
- Prevent unauthorized data access and identity sprawl
- Provide authentication and authorization services
- Translate IAM and AI risk into executive narratives
