Head of Penetration Testing
Tasks
- Coach and develop security consultants into trusted advisors
- Contribute to career pathways and skills matrices
- Develop practice KPIs and performance dashboards
- Drive continuous improvement in methodology and delivery frameworks
- Drive quality assurance and reporting standards
- Embed consultancy led mindset
- Ensure alignment with industry standards
- Ensure engagements are on time on budget and high standard
- Lead Penetration Testing practice operations
- Lead post engagement reviews drive repeat business
- Oversee workload planning utilisation targets and delivery forecasting
- Own utilisation capacity planning and revenue delivery
- Partner with Sales to scope and support commercial bids
- Provide technical oversight on high risk high profile engagements
- Serve as senior escalation point for client engagements
- Support hiring onboarding and capability mapping
