Helpdesk Technician II
Tasks
- Assist with client onboarding and offboarding
- Create and maintain internal and client documentation
- Deploy and maintain security tools and management agents
- Escalate issues to Level I helpdesk staff as needed
- Maintain helpdesk ticket notes and time entries
- Provide day to day support for desktop and server operating systems
- Provide remote customer support
- Remediate issues with third party vendors
- Support Microsoft Office 365 Azure Teams OneDrive and SharePoint
- Support mobile devices and mobile device management
- Support networking devices including firewalls switches and wireless access points
- Support on premise and cloud backup and disaster recovery
- Troubleshoot end user hardware software and cloud services
