Tasks
- Administer Microsoft Exchange Server and email services
- Administer Windows Server environments
- Configure manage Microsoft Azure resources including virtual machines and identity services
- Configure manage troubleshoot DNS and DHCP
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational reports
- Deploy manage and maintain virtual machines with VMware
- Manage Active Directory user accounts groups OUs and GPOs
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online Teams SharePoint OneDrive
- Manage backups disaster recovery and business continuity
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues
- Perform upgrades patch management and security updates
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems applications email and infrastructure
