Tasks
- Conduct incident response and root cause analysis
- Coordinate with Security Operations IAM and Infrastructure teams
- Lead security operations across onshore and offshore teams
- Manage end to end transition planning and execution
- Perform threat and compromise analysis using MITRE ATT&CK
- Plan remediation and operational improvements
- Prepare security operational reports dashboards KPIs and SLA tracking
- Provide customer escalation point of contact
- Represent organization in executive steering committees
