Tasks
- Administer Windows Server and Active Directory Domain Services
- Administer and harden Cisco Meraki MX MS MR
- Administer and optimize Dell switching
- Automate using PowerShell and Python
- Build monitoring and alerting with observability metrics
- Configure DNS and DHCP
- Configure site to site VPNs and client VPNs
- Contribute to Infrastructure as Code patterns
- Coordinate vendor and procurement for supportable solutions
- Implement Intune device compliance and patching
- Implement segmentation and least privilege for PCI DSS 40
- Maintain VLAN QoS IPAM standards
- Maintain asset and configuration documentation and runbooks
- Manage Entra ID hybrid identity
- Manage endpoint BIOS and driver updates
- Operate AWS and Azure workloads
- Operate and optimize Ruckus WiFi
- Plan end of support refresh cycles
- Support Microsoft 365 services Exchange Online Teams SharePoint OneDrive
- Use Tanium for endpoint compliance and updates
