- Govern asset and service lifecycle adoption to retirement
- Govern change release and service acceptance processes for BAU transition
- Govern platform portfolio lifecycle change and compliance
- Investigate breaches and resolve indicators of compromise
- Lead Major Incident response and root cause analysis
- Lead disaster recovery planning testing and improvements
- Manage cloud and platform operations performance continual improvement
- Manage safe change assessment planning implementation
- Manage supplier performance and drive operational improvements
- Manage vendor MSP performance and service reviews
