IAM Product Owner
Tasks
- Analyze and document requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Apply Behavior Driven Development with acceptance criteria
- Bridge business needs and technical feasibility
- Collaborate with architecture team on IAM standards
- Conduct market research on emerging CIAM technologies
- Define KPIs and OKRs and optimize outcomes
- Design CIAM processes and implement user registration and enrollment
- Ensure Definition of Done quality
- Facilitate Program Increment Planning
- Implement authentication and authorization
- Implement data security privacy and consent management
- Implement fraud and attack detection
- Implement user self service
- Manage session and token management
- Manage vendor relationships
- Measure operational and security issues and lead CIAM escalations
- Own and refine product and program backlog
- Produce daily weekly and monthly reports for performance and risk indicators
- Produce training program for CIAM team capability
- Represent customer voice through personas and problem prioritization
- Set iteration goals and maintain backlog transparency
- Shape business priorities using Lean Agile
