Incident Response Analyst (Insurance & Member administration)
Tasks
- Coordinate incident delivery from intake to closure
- Coordinate with third-party partners
- Ensure regulatory compliance alignment
- Identify complex issues and escalate breaches
- Identify incident trends and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain incident records
- Monitor remediation progress against timeframes
