Incident Response Network Engineer
Tasks
- Assist incident response
- Coordinate incident resolution with teams
- Investigate network related issues
- Monitor system events and alerts
- React to alerts and troubleshoot issues
- Serve as escalation point for NOC and customers
- Support customers during network events and attacks
- Troubleshoot TCPIP technologies
- Work with architects engineering and RnD on infrastructure improvements
