Tasks
- Build integrations with internal platforms and third party security tools using APIs and webhooks
- Collaborate with SOC teams to fine tune detections and automation logic
- Convert SOC playbooks investigation logic into automated workflows
- Create and maintain automation playbooks templates best practices
- Design automation workflows for triage enrichment investigation response
- Identify repetitive high volume SOC tasks for automation
- Optimize MDR operational processes for fast response
- Own automation workflows end to end including design deployment monitoring troubleshooting
- Provide operational feedback to R and D and product teams
