Infrastructure Team Lead (IT Security, Azure)
Tasks
- Communicate operational issues planned changes risks and improvements
- Coordinate maintenance windows change implementation incident escalation and problem resolution
- Ensure service quality performance and contractual compliance
- Identify operational risks and implement preventive controls
- Improve support workflows and knowledge management
- Maintain ITIL incident problem change and configuration management processes
- Manage IT infrastructure operations through external vendors
- Monitor and report SLAs and KPIs
- Oversee asset management and CMDB governance
- Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery testing with vendors
- Oversee data centers networks servers storage and cloud operations
- Perform IT hardware and software purchases
- Serve as point of contact for business users and external service providers
- Supervise first line second line and third line support teams
