Tasks
- Act as point of contact for business and vendors
- Communicate operational issues and planned changes
- Coordinate business continuity testing
- Coordinate maintenance windows and changes
- Create and monitor IT budget
- Deliver IT services to Poland and Hungary
- Ensure compliance and security guidelines
- Escalate and resolve incidents
- Govern ITIL incident problem change and configuration management
- Identify operational risks and implement controls
- Improve incident management workflows
- Maintain knowledge management
- Manage IT assets and CMDB
- Manage IT infrastructure operations
- Manage problem resolution
- Manage vendor IT services
- Monitor and report SLAs and KPIs
- Oversee disaster recovery readiness
- Perform IT hardware and software purchasing
- Supervise IT support tiers 1 to 3
- Support IT transformation and technology rollouts
