Integrated Security Operations Manager
Tasks
- Approve timecards invoices and expense reports
- Conduct employee check ins
- Conduct quality control and training
- Coordinate embedded security services
- Develop proposals and budgets
- Draft operational escalation protocols
- Ensure compliance with policies regulations and legal requirements
- Facilitate communication across employees clients and internal teams
- Implement performance improvement plans
- Lead internal initiatives and workflow transitions
- Maintain security license for armed and unarmed services
- Manage expense account reconciliation and AP AR support
- Manage vendor groups and embedded employees
- Mentor and provide performance feedback
- Oversee GSOC operations and scheduling
- Oversee embedded employee lifecycle onboarding to offboarding
- Provide consultative and security services
- Provide executive protection support
- Recruit onboard and hire security resources
- Serve as liaison between organization and clients
