- Administer GitHub Enterprise organizations and permissions
- Build YAML and manual CI CD pipelines
- Configure branch policies and security
- Create reusable pipeline templates
- Document standards and operational procedures
- Implement CI/CD pipelines
- Implement governance and auditing controls
- Integrate pipelines with Azure services
- Lead troubleshooting for complex deployments
- Manage RBAC and access reviews
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues
- Provide DevOps guidance and mentoring
- Support ATO processes and continuous monitoring
- Support migration between Azure DevOps and GitHub
