Tasks
- Adhere to IT security data privacy and acceptable use policies
- Coordinate repair or replacement of faulty equipment
- Coordinate with network systems and application teams
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff or vendors
- Follow IT process and documentation
- Install update and troubleshoot business software
- Log update and resolve tickets within SLAs
- Maintain records of incidents assets and support activities
- Manage IT assets tagging tracking inventory
- Monitor system uptime production floors
- Perform onboarding and offboarding access provisioning
- Perform password reset and account unlocks
- Perform routine checks on internet connectivity and shared resources
- Provide first-level IT support
- Provide incident status updates to users
- Resolve incidents and service requests
- Set up and configure workstations for new hires
- Support shift based IT coverage
- Troubleshoot desktops laptops headsets printers
- Troubleshoot network connectivity
