IT Operations and Systems Specialist
Tasks
- Assist with software audits and license compliance
- Build and support Power Apps
- Configure and troubleshoot SharePoint PowerApps
- Create and deliver user training
- Develop automated workflows with Power Automate
- Diagnose resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
- Maintain technical documentation user guides and FAQs
- Maintain user problem records and escalations
- Manage IT procurement purchase orders
- Manage SharePoint sites and users
- Manage hardware reassignment and inventory
- Manage service requests within service level agreement
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Oversee IT equipment logistics and delivery
- Oversee global user onboarding and offboarding
- Perform system updates and backups
- Perform third party due diligence for cyber security
- Provide holiday cover for IT personnel
- Provide technical support
- Review and optimize standard IT equipment setups
- Support cyber security initiatives
- Support system upgrades migrations and deployments
