Tasks
- Assist with IT projects
- Deliver desktop support hardware repairs and software installation
- Escalate and manage issues with 3rd line engineers and vendors
- Maintain Cyber Security Risk register
- Manage firewall rules and vulnerability management
- Patch and update devices software and firmware
- Provide Cyber Security Subject Matter Expertise
- Represent cyber security interests at meetings
- Run and maintain phishing simulation and staff training
- Secure the LAN to prevent unauthorized access
- Support 1st line engineers
- Support hardware refreshes
- Test and identify network and system vulnerabilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues
- Update and run cyber security calendar
- Update ticketing system with accurate notes and actions
