IT Operations/Support Lead
Tasks
- Administer MDM and endpoint management
- Administer identity provider and SSO platform
- Coordinate endpoint and SaaS vulnerability management
- Create runbooks FAQs and user documentation
- Enforce IT and security policies
- Enforce security standards
- Establish IT support processes with ticketing and SLAs
- Implement role-based access control
- Manage SaaS inventory and license assignments
- Manage endpoint security tooling
- Manage internal IT ecosystem end to end
- Manage joiner mover leaver process
- Monitor access logs and authentication events
- Own laptop and workstation lifecycle
- Provide evidence for audits and assessments
- Review usage and reclaim unused licenses
- Right size contracts for cost control
- Run security awareness activities
- Serve as escalation point for incidents
- Support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance
- Track and report IT KPIs
