IT Operations/Support Lead
Tasks
- Administer MDM and endpoint management tools
- Administer identity provider and SSO platform
- Coordinate renewals and vendor evaluations
- Coordinate vulnerability management
- Create runbooks and user documentation
- Define and enforce IT and security policies
- Define standard images and baseline configurations
- Escalate complex incidents and requests
- Establish IT support processes with SLAs
- Implement role-based access control
- Integrate SSO with SaaS applications
- Maintain device asset inventory
- Manage SaaS inventory and license assignments
- Manage endpoint security tooling
- Manage internal IT ecosystem
- Manage joiner mover leaver process
- Monitor access logs and authentication events
- Own endpoint lifecycle
- Patching for endpoints and SaaS platforms
- Provide evidence for audits and assessments
- Reclaim unused licenses and right size contracts
- Run security awareness activities
- Standardize and document approved software tools
- Support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance
- Track and report IT KPIs
