Principal Technical Program Manager, Physical Security
Tasks
- Collaborate with executive leadership regional operations legal and compliance
- Communicate program status risks and tradeoffs
- Define physical security program roadmap
- Define scalable physical security architectures
- Drive end to end program execution from design to operations
- Drive vendor cost efficiency while maintaining security posture
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 SOC 2 and NIST
- Ensure on time within scope delivery aligned with risk posture
- Establish global design standards for CCTV badge access biometrics and monitoring
- Evaluate emerging security technologies and integrate improvements
- Identify assess and mitigate physical security risks
- Influence cross-functional decision making
- Lead audits incident reviews and corrective actions
- Lead global program initiatives for new builds and retrofits
- Manage dependencies across engineering construction compliance and vendors
- Manage relationships with security vendors integrators and consultants
- Oversee RFP processes vendor selection and performance management
- Translate business and security objectives into program plans
