Tasks
- Administer IAM infrastructure operations
- Analyze identity events to improve policies
- Build and configure IAM infrastructure
- Collect and analyze identity security metrics
- Deploy IAM and PAM solutions
- Design IAM and PAM services
- Develop security consultation and project plans
- Develop workflows and approval criteria
- Implement SOPs and SLAs
- Lead IAM projects and rollout phases
- Maintain identity and security documentation
- Maintain inventories and diagrams
- Monitor capacity and performance
- Perform system administration and maintenance
- Provide leadership reporting on security governance and capacity
- Provide system architecture training and user support procedures
- Recommend infrastructure modifications for reliability
- Respond to on call IAM incidents
- Troubleshoot user access issues
