- Automate HRIS triggered provisioning and offboarding
- Build identity HRIS and SaaS provisioning integrations
- Classify SaaS data
- Consolidate SSO across departments
- Enforce least privilege access
- Harden SaaS configurations
- Implement access entitlement approval workflows
- Implement zero trust and endpoint security
- Integrate EDR and configure MDM
- Maintain SOC 2 audit trails and evidence
- Manage Okta provisioning and lifecycle automation
- Manage device lifecycle and new hire onboarding
- Own access request process and runbooks
- Own identity and access management
- Perform SaaS hygiene shadow IT discovery
- Provide service desk triage for hardware and software issues
- Support access review programs
- Support end-users
