IT Support Specialist
Tasks
- Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure requirements
- Conduct system audits and vulnerability assessments
- Configure and troubleshoot network equipment
- Deploy and manage server environments
- Design and maintain IT infrastructure
- Develop and test backup disaster recovery plans
- Document procedures and provide knowledge resources
- Ensure security compliance
- Manage cloud servers and perform system updates
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Provide Tier 1/2 support for hardware and software
- Support operational processes for logistics tools
- Troubleshoot workstation issues
- Use scripting for automation
