Senior Administrative Services Manager/Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Process

Tasks
- Assist dispute resolution and equitable adjustment documentation
- Automate and optimize Title II DOR workflow
- Build automated data extraction and analysis pipeline
- Collect quality control data and establish metrics
- Coordinate funding requests and compile purchase requests
- Design AI powered quality control review prompts
- Develop and implement AI processes to improve branch operations efficiency
- Develop support and present training recommendations
- Draft administrative support documents and DD Form 1354s
- Maintain data entry reconciliation and database maintenance
- Maintain electronic file structures and track submittals and correspondence
- Maintain electronic project files and coordinate stakeholder updates
- Notify stakeholders of acquisition funding and project issues
- Participate in continuous process improvement
- Perform quality control reviews for RFP packages
- Provide training and support for GenAI usage
- Support acquisition management closeout and evidentiary documentation
- Support contract and project management lifecycle
