Remote Cybersecurity Operations Manager
Tasks
- Collaborate with IT cloud and compliance teams
- Conduct risk assessments security reviews and compliance evaluations
- Deliver technical and executive security posture reporting
- Detect investigate and remediate security incidents
- Develop and maintain security policies procedures and documentation
- Develop dashboards and performance metrics
- Establish and track cybersecurity KPIs
- Evaluate and improve security workflows and processes
- Identify security automation opportunities
- Lead cybersecurity team daily operations
- Maintain compliance with healthcare security frameworks
- Mentor and develop cybersecurity team members
- Oversee managed cybersecurity service delivery
- Perform vulnerability assessments log analysis and forensic investigations
- Provide escalation support for security incidents
- Respond to alerts and security incidents
- Secure Microsoft 365 Azure and cloud environments
- Support and optimize SIEM and EDR tools
- Support internal and external audits and remediation
- Support onboarding of new client cybersecurity services
