Lead Cybersecurity Operations Manager - REMOTE
Tasks
- Collaborate with IT cloud and compliance teams
- Conduct risk assessments security reviews compliance evaluations
- Conduct vulnerability assessments log analysis and forensic investigations
- Deliver security posture reporting
- Develop and maintain security policies procedures and documentation
- Develop dashboards and performance reporting metrics
- Ensure timely alert incident and escalation response
- Establish KPIs for security operations performance
- Evaluate and improve security workflows and processes
- Identify automation opportunities
- Lead cybersecurity team daily operations
- Maintain compliance with healthcare security frameworks
- Oversee managed cybersecurity services delivery
- Participate in incident detection investigation and remediation
- Perform incident detection investigation and remediation
- Provide escalation support for security incidents
- Secure Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Support and optimize SIEM and EDR tools
- Support internal and external audits and remediation
- Support onboarding of new clients into cybersecurity services
