Cybersecurity Operations Manager - remote
Tasks
- Collaborate with IT cloud services and compliance
- Conduct risk assessments security reviews and compliance evaluations
- Deliver security posture reporting
- Develop dashboards and reporting metrics
- Develop security policies, procedures, and documentation
- Ensure timely alert incident and escalation response
- Establish and track KPIs
- Identify automation opportunities
- Improve security workflows and processes
- Lead cybersecurity team daily operations
- Maintain healthcare security framework compliance
- Mentor cybersecurity team members
- Optimize SIEM and EDR tools
- Oversee managed cybersecurity service delivery
- Perform incident detection investigation and remediation
- Provide escalation support for security incidents
- Run vulnerability assessments log analysis and forensics
- Secure Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Support client onboarding into cybersecurity services
- Support internal and external audits remediation
