Lead Project/Program Manager
Tasks
- Coordinate with federal stakeholders during incidents
- Develop and maintain program documentation
- Direct SOC operations to meet SLAs KPIs
- Drive automation analytics and continuous improvement
- Forecast budgets and manage performance metrics
- Guide SOC technology deployment and integration
- Lead SOC program lifecycle
- Lead governance, risk, and compliance activities
- Lead incident response during high impact events
- Manage schedules resources and program budgets
- Manage vendor and partner relationships
- Oversee SOC performance and delivery
- Serve as primary liaison for executive stakeholders
