IT Support Technician
Tasks
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty support
- Document issues, resolutions, and procedures
- Manage user accounts and access
- Perform routine maintenance and updates
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Respond to alerts tickets and service requests
