IT Support Technician
Tasks
- Coordinate hardware and software setup troubleshooting and replacement
- Coordinate with vendors for RMA and warranty support
- Execute routine maintenance and preventive maintenance
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and software
- Maintain accurate ticket notes and documentation
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access
- Monitor and respond to alerts and tickets
- Perform initial triage gather logs and escalate issues
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users
- Support onboarding and offboarding
- Support uptime and stability of enterprise platforms
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity
- Troubleshoot desktops laptops and peripherals
