- Automate routine tasks
- Communicate with teams and clients for support
- Escalate tickets to CoE and management
- Execute changes with risk mitigation
- Follow shift handover process
- Investigate incidents and identify root cause
- Log incidents promptly
- Monitor work queues
- Plan and execute maintenance activities
- Produce trend analysis reports
- Provide second level support
- Recommend improvements and update knowledge articles
- Resolve incidents and requests within SLA
- Support change management documentation
- Support disaster recovery functions and tests
- Update tickets with resolution actions
