Junior IT Security Engineer
Tasks
- Coordinate between security IT and business stakeholders
- Document and enrich alerts with relevant context
- Follow SLAs and escalation paths
- Identify recurring issues and improve intake and triage processes
- Provide first point of contact for security alerts incidents and insider risk cases
- Receive log and manage cases in ServiceNow
- Route incidents to appropriate teams
- Track incident progress and maintain ticket updates
- Triage and categorize security alerts
