Junior IT Security Engineer
Tasks
- Act as first point of contact for security alerts
- Coordinate between security IT and business stakeholders
- Document and enrich alerts and cases with context
- Follow defined processes SLAs and escalation paths
- Identify recurring issues and improve intake and triage
- Perform initial triage and categorization of alerts
- Receive log and manage cases in ServiceNow
- Route cases to appropriate teams for investigation
- Track incident progress and maintain updates in ticketing systems
