Tasks
- Build runbook libraries and reduce manual toil
- Collaborate with engineering and cloud operations on infrastructure changes
- Define observability requirements and monitoring
- Drive SRE practices and automation adoption
- Ensure high availability and security aligned to SLAs
- Establish triage escalation and knowledge documentation standards
- Lead major incident management and escalation
- Lead network and security operations team
- Manage problem management and continuous improvement
- Oversee 24 7 network and security operations
- Provide coaching and performance management
- Represent team in vendor calls and evaluations
- Run incident management and root cause analysis
- Support operational readiness for migrations and technology refreshes
