Technical Account Manager
Tasks
- Act as voice of customer internally
- Deliver platform demonstrations and technical enablement sessions
- Escalate complex technical issues
- Help customers implement continuous control validation
- Lead security validation workshops
- Mentor CS team growth
- Own post sales technical relationship
- Partner with Sales and SE for expansion signals
- Produce customer facing strategic outputs
- Translate platform findings into risk reduction roadmaps
