KMI Operational Account Manager Alternate / COMSEC Manager
Tasks
- Account transfer safeguard control and destroy COMSEC equipment
- Administer COMSEC user accounts
- Coordinate COMSEC requirements with government agencies
- Develop and execute COMSEC user training
- Develop and maintain emergency action plans
- Identify procure install configure encryption devices
- Install user application software
- Manage Key Management Infrastructure
- Obtain rulings interpretations and deviations for compliance
- Operate operating system
- Participate in inspections and self reviews
- Perform COMSEC inventory
- Prepare user guidance for records handling and accountability
- Provide COMSEC support
- Request order and download keying material
- Run monthly information assurance vulnerability alert actions
- Serve as SIPR token trusted agent
- Support other COMSEC accounts
- Troubleshoot communication disruption
