Tasks
- Continuously improve security posture
- Coordinate security readiness and remediation
- Create operational runbooks and recovery procedures
- Design and implement infrastructure tooling
- Drive automation and self-service tooling
- Ensure cloud platform reliability
- Establish platform engineering standards
- Harden infrastructure and remediate vulnerabilities
- Lead disaster recovery and resilience testing
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
- Lead production incident response
- Maintain infrastructure-as-code practices
- Maintain monitoring alerting and observability
- Manage secrets and access control
- Mentor and coach SRE team members
- Perform root cause analysis
- Support ISO27001 and SOC2 evidence and audits
- Support security tooling and detection capabilities
