Senior Software Engineer (Configuration as Code)
Tasks
- Advance self service platform using Backstage and Argo CD
- Apply data driven approach using Prometheus and Grafana
- Build reusable base configs with environment overlays
- Codify autoscaling and resiliency
- Drive operational excellence in GitOps model using Argo CD
- Enable safe promotion across dev staging and production
- Enforce governance with Open Policy Agent
- Ensure secure compliant deployments and reproducibility including backup restore disaster recovery
- Implement progressive delivery canary releases validation gates
- Lead design codification testing delivery of Kubernetes based microservices configurations
- Manage secure secrets using HashiCorp Vault and Kubernetes Secrets
- Use AI assisted tools for configuration validation and optimization
