- Develop SQL based IAM reporting queries and alerts
- Document IAM runbooks playbooks and administration tasks
- Install configure implement troubleshoot IAM services
- Lead incident escalation calls
- Maintain PAM credential management
- Manage authentication and access workflows
- Patch security vulnerabilities
- Perform IAM Level 3 support
- Support MFA registration and end user MFA issues
- Support privileged access management administration
- Test fixes in non production and production
- Troubleshoot IAM issues with stakeholders
