Lead, Technology Solutions - Cybersecurity
Tasks
- Align cybersecurity delivery to strategic priorities and OKRs
- Coordinate Agile project and operational workstreams
- Ensure governance compliance and reporting cadence
- Escalate and coach issue resolution
- Facilitate quarterly roadmap refreshes and 12 week planning
- Lead unified reporting for portfolio reviews OKR progress delivery health risk posture
- Maintain RAID logs and execution standards
- Manage cross team dependencies risks and blockers
- Mentor peers and improve delivery processes
- Oversee cybersecurity program execution
- Provide executive ready insights and recommendations
- Validate issues and act as escalation gatekeeper
