Level 1 IT Support Engineer
Tasks
- Classify and prioritize incident reports
- Escalate incidents to L2/L3 support or third parties
- Gather information for root cause analysis
- Provide technical resolutions or workarounds
- Redirect complex problems to higher support levels
- Replicate reported issues in customer environments
- Search knowledge base for known issues
- Troubleshoot basic issues
