Network Engineer
Tasks
- Assess network capacity and availability
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams vendors and stakeholders
- Define SOPs runbooks and best practices for network operations
- Develop and publish SOPs HLDs LLDs and network diagrams
- Engage vendors for ongoing issues
- Escalate complex incidents and critical outages
- Handle escalations from NOC L1 L2 and global network team
- Lead network design migration and upgrade projects
- Manage network asset inventory including EOL and EOS
- Oversee data center installations address operational issues manage support tickets
- Participate in network refreshes migrations and ISP cutovers
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network issues
- Provide architectural inputs for technological implementations
- Review and recommend improvements to network infrastructure
- Track and diagnose LAN WAN WLAN network issues
- Troubleshoot and manage on prem to cloud connectivity
- Upgrade firmware and software of network devices
