Atlassian Cloud Apps Administrator
Tasks
- Administer Jira Service Management workflows templates SLAs and automation
- Configure Jira Software workflows screens custom fields permission schemes
- Define governance standards for project creation and configuration usage
- Engage stakeholders to standardize and improve ITSM processes
- Evaluate and govern third party Marketplace apps with PoCs and risk assessments
- Maintain governance frameworks standards and documentation for Atlassian products
- Manage Atlassian user accounts and access
- Manage Jira Product Discovery and related Atlassian tools configuration and permissions
- Monitor performance stability and capacity of Atlassian Cloud environment
- Own Atlassian Cloud apps governance and design
- Own Atlassian integration lifecycle with internal systems
- Partner with development DevOps and security teams on automated workflows and CI CD integrations
- Plan maintenance windows and changes for Atlassian Cloud
- Provide user support for Atlassian issues through resolution
