Product Owner Firewall Services
Tasks
- Coordinate work with adjacent squads
- Define OKRs
- Define technical and non technical requirements
- Develop firewall product vision and roadmap
- Lead sprint backlog refinement
- Maintain firewall backlog and prioritize features
- Manage customer and stakeholder needs
- Monitor squad performance and competency set
- Own technical and product escalations
- Participate in sprint planning
- Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews
- Scope technically viable releases
- Support acceptance of sprint output
- Support chapter leads resourcing
