Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Supervisor
Tasks
- Analyze operations performance and deliver maximum value
- Create and deliver security reports and presentations
- Develop GSOC processes and operations
- Develop and monitor intelligence sources
- Develop implement and document training exercises
- Ensure policies procedures and objectives align with client goals
- Ensure staffing and select employees
- Escalate inter company customer service issues
- Execute change management for efficiency and quality improvements
- Liaise between security teams
- Manage operational software programs
- Motivate coach and lead GSOC staff
- Perform other assigned duties
- Perform supervisory responsibilities
- Provide feedback to security management to mitigate failures
- Provide on call duty coverage
- Receive and respond to emergency and non emergency calls
- Set performance goals and complete appraisals
- Support GSOC functionality and system upgrades
- Track key performance indicators and gaps
