Tasks

• Administer Access Management solutions
• Administer Privileged Access Management solutions
• Conduct access reviews and remediation
• Coordinate workshops and training
• Drive automation using scripting and API integrations
• Enforce access policy and privileged account lifecycle management
• Ensure compliance with user lifecycle management best practices
• Implement Single Sign on and Multi factor authentication
• Lead client engagement and serve as escalation point
• Lead incident problem and change management for IAM services
• Lead root cause analysis and service performance reporting
• Maintain operational documentation and runbooks for audits
• Manage Identity Governance and Administration tools
• Manage access request workflows and automated provisioning
• Manage client onboarding within IAM architectures
• Mentor and develop IAM teams
• Monitor IAM trends and regulatory changes
• Oversee IAM Managed Services delivery
• Oversee role based access control and segregation of duties
• Provide executive reporting and dashboards
• Provide strategic direction for IAM operations
