Manager- Employee Relations & Internal Investigations (Public Service Administrator, Option 1)
Tasks
- Advise executives managers and supervisors on employee conduct matters
- Ensure compliance with employment policies and labor laws
- Interpret collective bargaining agreements
- Lead disciplinary and corrective action process
- Manage workplace investigations
- Monitor analyze and improve employee relations programs
- Oversee employee relations intake triage assignment prioritization and resolution
- Provide training and guidance on workplace conduct and conflict resolution
- Represent agency in labor management discussions and negotiations
